💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the Director of Test Sites to shape the vision and execute the full lifecycle of our physical infrastructure. You will translate growth plans into actionable strategies, ensuring teams have cutting-edge facilities in a high-growth, regulated environment. This role blends strategic acumen with hands-on project leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as strategic partner to the Director, defining roadmap and annual objectives.
• Manage full lifecycle of test site and classified infrastructure development.
• Oversee short-term and long-term space allocation across teams.
• Generate accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of operational leadership experience in infrastructure or manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods and ability to read technical drawings.
• Proven experience designing or setting up new production lines or factories.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
