You'll support autonomous delivery robots in the field, assisting with navigation, performing light maintenance, and ensuring timely deliveries. Your on-the-ground problem-solving helps minimize service interruptions and contributes directly to robot improvements. Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and customer support teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots and ensuring timely response
• Assist in robot deployment, preparation, inspection, cleaning, and placement
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear communication
• Operate company vehicles to move, recover, or reposition robotic units

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles
• Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira
• 1 year experience in last-mile delivery, robotics, or customer-facing industries
• Experience using work communication tools (e.g., Slack)
