💼 About This Role

You'll lead Harvey's APAC customer success team, managing Enterprise and Mid-Market CSMs to drive adoption and retention. Your impact will be measured by NRR and renewal targets across the regional book of business. This is a rare chance to build the CS playbook for a new market at a high-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a team of Enterprise and Mid-Market CSMs
  • Own NRR, adoption, and renewal targets for APAC accounts
  • Build and refine regional success playbooks and processes
  • Serve as the voice of APAC customers to Product and Engineering

📋 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in enterprise SaaS customer success or account management
  • 3+ years directly managing a team of CSMs
  • Proven track record owning NRR and expansion metrics for enterprise accounts
  • Experience engaging senior legal stakeholders like GCs and Managing Partners

  • Familiarity with AI and adoption in risk-averse organizations
