🎯 What You'll Do

• Own cashflow for Hungary including sell-in and sell-out.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy.
• Lead local team to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Establish and report on team performance metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as Country Manager or Sales Director in electronics security.
• Strong network in the Hungarian security industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business strategies.
• Willingness to travel.
