Description

You will own Pinterest's revenue strategy for the Retail vertical in Brazil, leading a sales team, setting targets, and deepening executive relationships with advertisers. You'll drive operational excellence and champion the use of AI to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience in Advertising, Digital, and/or Media Sales with executive-level client relationships
• Proven track record managing a world-class sales team and achieving revenue goals
• Strong understanding of highly analytical performance-based media organizations with branding and performance-driven customers
• Ability to interface with product and engineering to synthesize customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers in Brazil
• Close strategic partnerships and scale revenue with advertisers of different sizes in Brazil
• Drive sales operational excellence across key metrics and leading indicators according to annual and quarterly business plan
• Build and maintain strong direct relationships with partners' executive and operational teams
• Be an internal advocate for the Sales team in Brazil and help them thrive through innovative uses of AI
