You'll join Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, to ensure clients maximize value from cloud-based AI and ML solutions. You'll act as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams, driving performance monitoring and reporting. This role focuses on building long-term relationships and enabling customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide technical guidance on cloud-based AI/ML solutions
• Monitor customer performance and report on KPIs
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to customers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in customer success or technical account management
• Strong technical foundation in cloud computing, AI, and ML technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
