You'll own the global Time & Absence product roadmap, designing Workday solutions that ensure accurate payroll and compliance across all regions. Your work directly impacts the employee experience for every team member at Everpure. This role offers high visibility and collaboration with People, Payroll, and Engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence rules.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority enhancements.
• Partner with Payroll and People Ops to optimize integrations.
• Build reports and dashboards for workforce insights.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration.
• Experience managing multi-country leave requirements and global payroll integrations.
• Expert analytical skills for troubleshooting complex system dependencies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Finance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Workday security framework.
• Experience with bi-annual Workday releases.
• Background in large-scale, fast-paced environments.
