You'll conduct deep dive analysis and develop dashboards to inform key product decisions. Your work will directly influence how AI agents are built, tuned, and evaluated at scale. You'll partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Product Specialists to drive data-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep dive analysis on behavioral and conversation data
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for product decisions
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate AI agent performance
• Use AI coding agents to accelerate data analysis and discovery

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as analytics engineer, data analyst, or consultant
• SQL fluency and dbt experience
• Experience with ClickHouse or Snowflake
• Comfortable with Looker or similar dashboarding tool

• Experience with AI/ML workflows
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
