You'll drive post-sale technical adoption and growth of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform within strategic manufacturing customers. Your core impact is ensuring customers maximize ROI by accelerating workloads into production and building executive relationships. This role uniquely blends technical accountability with commercial strategy across multiple teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for key use cases.
• Coordinate with Professional Services on engagement proposals.
• Navigate Databricks Product teams for new innovations and upgrades.
• Provide internal/external KPI reporting on usage and customer health.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project/delivery experience in Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, architecture, or consulting.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.

• Experience with open-ended discovery workshops and strategic roadmaps.
• Track record of overachievement against quota or goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
