You'll collaborate with Compensation, Payroll, and Legal teams to maintain Shareworks as the single source of truth. This role offers the chance to drive process improvements and leverage AI tools for efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day administration of global stock plans
• Maintain equity platform (Shareworks) as single source of truth
• Communicate equity compensation programs to employees
• Audit data between equity platform, HRIS, and payroll systems

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of stock administration experience at a global public company
• Experience with Shareworks preferred
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and time management skills

• Completion of 1+ CEP test
• Experience with generative AI tools
