💼 About This Role

You'll lead the sales organization of the largest Transportation Management System in the market following a merger of two industry leaders. You'll drive predictable revenue growth and build a high-performance sales engine from the ground up. This role offers the chance to shape a category-leading TMS platform and make a lasting impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for scalable revenue growth.
  • Lead as a player-coach, handling largest enterprise deals and supporting SEs.
  • Build and scale the sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and operations.
  • Establish KPIs and forecasts for consistent performance and revenue visibility.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems or last-mile/logistics technology.
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.

  • Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
