💼 About This Role
You'll lead Deel's Korea go-to-market strategy and drive new business across the region. You'll build and scale a sales team to expand Deel's presence in Korea. This role offers a chance to shape the future of global work in one of APAC's key markets.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build foundation and strategy for direct sales and partners in Korea
- Lead brand and execute GTM initiatives for Korea
- Develop, nurture, and convert qualified leads
- Conduct regular training and enhance sales team's platform knowledge
- Identify new business opportunities and research potential clients
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years experience in sales, business development, or tech operations
- Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Grasp of HR and FinTech sales space
- Analytical with solid strategy, research, presentation, and negotiating skills
