💼 About This Role

You'll lead Deel's Korea go-to-market strategy and drive new business across the region. You'll build and scale a sales team to expand Deel's presence in Korea. This role offers a chance to shape the future of global work in one of APAC's key markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build foundation and strategy for direct sales and partners in Korea
  • Lead brand and execute GTM initiatives for Korea
  • Develop, nurture, and convert qualified leads
  • Conduct regular training and enhance sales team's platform knowledge
  • Identify new business opportunities and research potential clients

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in sales, business development, or tech operations
  • Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Grasp of HR and FinTech sales space
  • Analytical with solid strategy, research, presentation, and negotiating skills

  • Worked for a SaaS, HR, payroll, or fintech company
