💼 About This Role

You'll join the Client Report Services team at Callan, a leading independent investment consulting firm. You'll generate investment measurement reports for large institutional clients, mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with consultants. This role offers specialization in private equity, real assets, or ESG and a path to equity partnership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate investment measurement reports for 10 large institutional clients
• Calculate returns using custodial statements and reconcile with investment managers
• Mentor junior analysts through training and quarterly work reviews
• Contribute to departmental enhancements, research, and new technology testing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, or mathematics
• 5-7+ years investment industry or performance background
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Access
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in obtaining CIPM or CFA designation
• Mentoring experience
