Description

You will lead the engineering team for Coupang Pay's new fintech product, driving the technical roadmap and delivering high-quality software. You'll manage the full SDLC, make architectural decisions, and ensure code quality, performance, and security while mentoring engineers and improving processes.

Requirements

• Experience as Backend development manager or tech lead
• System design skills considering performance, stability, data consistency, and security
• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems with Java and Spring Framework
• Technical ownership and proactive improvement of complex services or domains
• Strong interest and responsibility in understanding customer and business needs and solving them technically

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into technical roadmap and execution plan
• Manage full SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment
• Lead architecture and technical decisions, manage technical debt
• Establish and maintain code quality, performance, stability, and security standards
• Manage schedule, resources, risks, and project delivery
