Description

You will oversee daily food operations at a CookUnity location in NYC, ensuring quality and safety standards, managing POS and third-party delivery orders, monitoring platform performance, and supporting financial tracking and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in food service, operations, fulfillment, or related field
• Familiarity with POS systems and third-party delivery platforms
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid New York Food Handler’s Certification

Responsibilities

• Reheat, package, and fulfill meals per quality and food safety standards
• Open and close location independently, ensure daily operational readiness
• Manage POS and third-party delivery orders (Toast, DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, ezCater, B2B, etc.)
• Monitor operational reporting, financial tracking, and inventory counts
• Troubleshoot operational issues and prioritize tasks during shifts
