💼 About This Role

You'll join the Protein Engineering group to design and build complex DNA libraries for display technologies. Your work will directly enable AI-driven drug discovery by optimizing lead molecules.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and apply phage, yeast, and mammalian display selections.
• Utilize FACS sorting and NGS to identify binders.
• Automate lead ranking for affinity and function.
• Train and mentor junior team members.

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS with 5+ years industrial experience in display/expression library building.
• Hands-on experience with phage and/or yeast display to protein targets.
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (PCR, DNA extraction, NGS library prep).
• Experience with automation and FACS (analytical and sorting).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in protein purification (affinity, ion exchange, SEC).
• Familiarity with LIMS and Benchling systems.
