Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience hiring engineers
• Agile software engineering experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Git, and GitHub

Responsibilities

• Manage up to two teams (2-4 engineers each) with technical guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with product, design, and research to prioritize roadmaps
• Foster innovation and continuous learning within the team
• Drive scalable, maintainable, and quality-focused technical decisions
• Define and track KPIs to measure team impact and inform product decisions
