🎯 What You'll Do

• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML models and LLMs for government use cases.
• Tackle OCR, document parsing, and classification challenges.
• Source, adapt, and operationalize models from open-source and vendors.
• Enhance automation and boost system performance across the platform.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in machine learning and statistical analysis.
• 1+ year working directly with deep learning or LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with model training, fine-tuning, and validation for classification/regression tasks.
• Proficiency with frameworks like PyTorch, MLFlow, LightGBM.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in applied AI for fintech, govtech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with ethical AI and transparency practices.
• Experience deploying models in production systems.
