You'll lead and inspire a team of habilitation technicians, develop care plans, and oversee client progress for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. You'll collaborate with clients, families, and case managers to ensure exceptional care. This role offers a $10k sign-on bonus and a Monday-Friday schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional care
• Develop and oversee execution of client care plans
• Supervise habilitation technicians in the field
• Conduct competencies and new hire orientation

📋 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of experience
• 2+ years experience with IDD population (Qualified Professional)
• Ability to make regular client visits and evaluate progress
