Join One Medical to provide quality primary care in a supportive, team-based environment. You'll manage a diverse patient panel, perform in-office procedures, and collaborate with colleagues, all while leveraging technology to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year
• State licensed in Washington
• Passion for human-centered primary care and ability to communicate with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
