💼 About This Role

You'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, building trust and continuity of care. You'll have flexible scheduling and autonomy supported by intuitive technology and a collaborative clinical team. Voice dictation and an AI scribe streamline documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding on residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent issues as they arise
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for NPs) or NCCPA (for PAs)
• Qualified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Medicine
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing
