Description

You will lead analytical efforts to support the launch and growth of Robinhood Mainnet, using data to shape crypto strategy and guide product decisions through experiments and analysis. You'll partner with product, engineering, finance, and research teams to optimize features like perpetuals, international trading, and wallet experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years in data science, analytics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience designing experiments and interpreting results
• Domain knowledge in crypto, including onchain data and DeFi ecosystems
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical partners

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to identify opportunities in onchain finance (DeFi, perpetuals, tokenized equities)
• Design and evaluate experiments to inform product decisions with clear success metrics
• Analyze onchain data and build datasets for smart contract indexing and product insights
• Develop models to assess DeFi protocols, lending mechanisms, and market behavior
• Communicate findings to engineering, finance, and design teams
