  • Redefine customer communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app channels.
  • Develop and own brand voice across lifecycle and organic marketing surfaces.

  • Craft copy and messaging frameworks for product launches and feature updates.

  • 7+ years of experience in creative marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • Expertise in crafting high-impact copy across CRM, email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, human-centered messaging.
  • Experience with consumer-facing digital products or high-growth tech companies.
