You'll define and elevate the end-to-end brand voice across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app messaging, turning functional communications into emotionally engaging experiences. You will collaborate with product, growth, design, and analytics teams to shape how millions of users perceive a fast-scaling consumer product. - Redefine customer communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Develop and own brand voice across lifecycle and organic marketing surfaces.
- Design and optimize lifecycle campaigns to improve engagement and retention.
- Craft copy and messaging frameworks for product launches and feature updates.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in creative marketing or lifecycle marketing.
- Expertise in crafting high-impact copy across CRM, email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, human-centered messaging.
- Experience with consumer-facing digital products or high-growth tech companies.
