You'll lead a team of part-time Inside Sales Representatives for LA Galaxy and Dignity Health Sports Park, driving aggressive sales goals. Your core impact will be developing staff into future leaders while exceeding revenue targets. You'll also work closely with department heads to plan and prioritize sales tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Inside Sales team through coaching and performance management
• Oversee quality control of calls, emails, meetings, and sales results
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to discuss goal progress
• Develop and implement training programs for representatives

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree (4-year)
• 4-6 years of sales experience
• Proficiency in all standard Microsoft software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
