- Achieve monthly closed/won opportunity and revenue targets
- Engage in 85+ calls and emails daily, managing a pipeline
- Build relationships through discovery and aligning products to customer needs
- Optimize customer account settings and product configurations
- Document interactions in Salesforce CRM
