🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead concept generation and LoRA training for character faces
• Test generative AI characters for consistency and user experience
• Monitor trends to keep content fresh and culturally relevant
• Collaborate with AI engineers and developers on new features

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of proven high-ownership in creative or technical roles
• Technical proficiency in LoRA training with continuous improvement drive
• Strong creative eye for character and face selection
• Fluent in English for team communication and prompting

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with internet culture and trends for SFW/NSFW content
• Hands-on experience with Kohya ss, Stable Diffusion, or ComfyUI
• Image editing skills via Photoshop or AI tooling
