📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in compensation, ideally in high-growth tech
- Proficiency with Radford surveys
- Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables)
- Experience using AI tools like Gemini or ChatGPT
