  • Own the Radford survey cycle end-to-end
  • Lead annual merit, bonus, and equity processes
  • Perform deep-dive benchmarking for AI and engineering roles

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in compensation, ideally in high-growth tech
  • Proficiency with Radford surveys
  • Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience using AI tools like Gemini or ChatGPT
