💼 About This Role

You'll link operations and strategy as an Operations Manager at Picnic, overseeing our innovative logistics model. You'll split your week between managing daily operations with teams of 150+ Shoppers and 10+ Captains, and driving structural improvements through data analysis and process optimization. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on leadership and strategic project work in a fast-paced, international environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead improvement projects to optimize operational processes and workflow.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
• Test and roll out enhancements to warehouse management systems.
• Supervise daily FC operations and coach teams of Shoppers and Captains.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, management, or engineering.
• 5-8 years of professional experience with significant operations management and team leadership.
• Fluency in English and French for international collaboration.
• Willingness to work early mornings (from 5:30 AM), late evenings (until 10 PM), and some Saturdays.
