🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and audit multi-tiered distribution waterfall models
• Deconstruct LPAs to derive accounting treatments
• Calculate NAV across complex fund structures
• Optimize FIS Investran for automated waterfall configurations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in private equity fund accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Mastery of ASC 946 (Investment Company Accounting)
• Advanced Excel and Power Query skills
