🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead tech-first transformation of People function with AI and automation
• Own compensation strategy and workforce planning
• Evolve performance management and development frameworks
• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership on org design and talent decisions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in People/Talent/HR leadership at high-growth companies
• Proven track record of scaling People functions
• Experience at executive level with board exposure
• Strong background in recruiting, compensation, and org design
