You'll oversee transaction monitoring, investigate suspicious activity, and report to regulatory bodies like COAF and FinCEN. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and update AML policies for Brazil and US regulations
• Monitor transactions and investigate suspicious activity
• Conduct KYC, KYE, and KYS initiatives
• Act as primary contact for regulatory authorities

📋 Requirements

• Proven data analysis skills with large datasets
• AML/CTF experience in fintech or related industry
• Fluent English with exceptional communication
• SQL and Python proficiency

• Knowledge of US compliance laws (FCPA, EU AML Directives)
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
• Hands-on AI/ML experience for anomaly detection
