💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Pix vertical at Banco XP, owning the entire customer journey for individuals and businesses. Your core impact is ensuring regulatory compliance, seamless user experience, and operational scalability of Pix products. This role stands out for its strategic influence on the bank's payment ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Pix product roadmap balancing regulatory, customer, and technical priorities.
• Lead cross-functional squads in product, tech, design, and data.
• Translate BACEN regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Define and track success metrics for Pix adoption and transaction volume.

📋 Requirements

• Product Manager experience in financial products with payment systems focus.
• Practical knowledge of BACEN regulations for Pix (SPI, DICT).
• Ability to discuss system architecture, APIs, and performance with tech teams.
• Strong data orientation with experience defining product and operational metrics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Pix Automático, Cobrança, or Aproximação.
• Background in digital banking or fintech with high transaction volumes.
• Knowledge of Open Finance and instant payment fraud prevention.
