You'll lead the design team from concept to execution, collaborating with merchandising and production to deliver best-in-class product. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop design concepts and manage day-to-day design functions
• Oversee fittings, construction, and garment execution standards
• Source and develop fabrics and trims with quality focus
• Collaborate with merchandising, production, and technical design teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in luxury or high-end contemporary womenswear
• Proven leadership managing and developing design teams
• Deep knowledge of garment construction, pattern, and fit
• Advanced understanding of woven textiles and leather
