Description

As a Configuration Engineer, you will administer and support the Salesforce platform, ensuring system integrity, security, and optimal performance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure solutions that meet business needs and improve user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven with a passion for learning
• Ability to work on-site at least three days per week

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Salesforce platform and connected applications
• Configure Salesforce using native tools (Flows, Lightning App Builder)
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, custom objects, fields, and validation rules
• Monitor data quality, security, and backup/recovery plans
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and support users
