💼 About This Role

You'll join a late-stage clinical oncology company driving novel targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers. As a business partner to Clinical Operations, you'll manage clinical trial accruals and drive process improvements across the development portfolio. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Finance, and Procurement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare month-end clinical trial accruals including CRO reports and patient costs.
• Reconcile accrued clinical and prepaid accounts monthly/quarterly.
• Review contracts to determine impact on clinical accruals.
• Perform variance analysis of actuals vs budget and investigate discrepancies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in biotechnology industry in a similar role.
• Experience in reviewing clinical contracts (CRO, site, protocols).
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or MBA.
• Biotech or Big 4 Accounting experience.
