πΌ About This Role
You'll join a late-stage clinical oncology company driving novel targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers. As a business partner to Clinical Operations, you'll manage clinical trial accruals and drive process improvements across the development portfolio. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Finance, and Procurement.
π― What You'll Do
- Prepare month-end clinical trial accruals including CRO reports and patient costs.
- Reconcile accrued clinical and prepaid accounts monthly/quarterly.
- Review contracts to determine impact on clinical accruals.
- Perform variance analysis of actuals vs budget and investigate discrepancies.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4+ yearsβ experience in biotechnology industry in a similar role.
- Experience in reviewing clinical contracts (CRO, site, protocols).
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite.

- CPA or MBA.
- Biotech or Big 4 Accounting experience.
