• Partner with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers on business targets.
• Own full sourcing cycle to attract and hire top talent.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate recruitment process.
• Bring market insights and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Over 1 year of proven experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter.
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Fluent communication in English and Lithuanian.
