You'll provide outpatient psychiatric care to patients across all ages at LifeStance Health, a leading behavioral health group. You'll enjoy flexible work schedules and strong administrative support while focusing on patient outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain outpatient practice with no on-call duties

📋 Requirements

• PMHNP board certification in Virginia
• Active and unrestricted license as a PMHNP in Virginia
• At least 1 year of post-training experience
• Comfortable treating all ages (child, adolescent, adult)
