🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead staff development and hiring through Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Manage property administration including legal, vendor, and risk management.
• Oversee facilities capital improvements and maintain safety and curb appeal.
• Plan and execute annual turnover process with cross-functional teams.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing living communities.
• Experience leading a team of 3+.
• Proficiency in Entrata or similar Property Management System.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Vena budgeting tool.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS.
