💼 About This Role

You'll act as the primary liaison between Product and Presales teams, ensuring new platform capabilities are rapidly incorporated into demo assets. You'll drive adoption of new features across the presales motion and build new use case models. This role offers the chance to work with an AI-native toolkit and shape product innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Update demo environments and model library for new feature releases.
• Build new use case models from scratch based on prospect insights.
• Create AI-generated datasets and prototype innovative demo experiences.
• Deliver enablement sessions and support SC onboarding on new features.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years in EPM as Solution Consultant, practitioner, or implementer.
• Comfortable building and adapting Pigment models.
• Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) and AI tools professionally.
• Ability to deliver structured, tailored demos with clear talk tracks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in presales operations or SC Ops roles.
• Familiarity with Pigment's platform and EPM concepts.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects.
