Description

You will be the key point person for the recall program in Taiwan, ensuring routine monitoring, execution of recall cases, and process optimization with stakeholders. You will also manage routine declaration operations to meet regulatory requirements, currently focused on imported infant formula but potentially expanding.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Background in compliance, recall management, or related field

Responsibilities

• Optimize processes for monitoring global recall information and ensuring consumer safety
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, PR, Customer Service, etc.) to complete recall process within timeframe
• Ensure documentation complies with internal policy and track case progress
• Ensure compliance with declaration requirements from competent authorities
• May manage and develop the Recall team
