💼 About This Role

You'll provide virtual therapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma through Affect's telehealth platform. You'll conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans while working with a supportive multidisciplinary team. You'll help build a modern, accessible mental health care system from home.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth platform
• Maintain clinical documentation in EMR system
• Coordinate care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

📋 Requirements

• Active New Mexico license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, LMSW, or LMHC
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
• Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
