• Write business requirements for EDI integration with IT
• Conduct testing for system updates and implementations
• Document standard operating procedures for CS processes
• Train and support local Customer Service teams

📋 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years customer service experience
• EDI knowledge preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of M3 or similar ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
