💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead Moonfare's investor servicing engine, acting as the first line of defense alongside Compliance and Commercial teams. You'll design MiFID II-compliant workflows and AI-augmented onboarding processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 6-7 across Regulatory, Payment, and Investor Services operations
• Design and own the 1LoD controls framework for regulatory compliance
• Partner with AI/ML team to govern AI-augmented onboarding workflows
• Hold vendor oversight across KYC provider and fund administrator

📋 Requirements

• Player-coach experience building or scaling a small ops team (5-15) in regulated environment
• Regulatory onboarding experience (KYC/AML/suitability) or capital call processing
• MiFID II professional classification fluency and German/Luxembourgish regulatory familiarity
• 1LoD controls framework design experience

• Experience deploying automation or AI workflows in regulated context
