Description

You will underwrite new deals and manage existing credit exposures, monitor portfolio-level credit risk, and develop risk management frameworks including Business Continuity Planning and Third Party Risk Management. You'll work with Product and Engineering teams to automate risk interventions, helping shape the risk strategy of a globally distributed HR platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in credit risk, corporate finance, audit, or business operations
• Experience with financial statements analysis (Profit Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Strong analytical skills using data to drive actions and results
• Communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Fluent English, automation and AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new deals and manage existing exposures to make recommendations to Head of Credit
• Monitor credit risk at portfolio level and implement strategies to reduce exposure and losses
• Support development of risk management framework, maintain risk registry, quantify exposure, propose preventative actions
• Develop key policies like Business Continuity Planning and Third Party Risk Management
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to automate risk interventions
