Description

You will partner with Stripe's largest platform users to optimize their risk and onboarding experience by providing customized technical guidance, risk health checks, and strategic consultations. You'll work cross-functionally with Risk Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for user needs and improve Stripe's platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical account management, risk management, or operations
  • Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts
  • Demonstrated SQL experience
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor portfolio risk metrics and identify opportunities
  • Conduct risk and onboarding technical health checks
  • Deliver escalated support and advocate for user priorities
  • Build standard operating procedures for global team replication
  • Collaborate with TAMs, CSMs, and Account Executives
