• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including hardware, software, and services.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of legal experience in commercial contracts.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing technology contracts.
