You'll translate complex product functionality into clear documentation for first responders' software tools. Your work will ensure Help Center articles and release notes are accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and update Help Center articles and workflow guides
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to gather context on new features
• Support development and publication of release notes
• Collaborate with Services and Support teams on customer onboarding documentation

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in technical writing or product documentation
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and understand technical concepts
• Detail-oriented with accuracy, clarity, and consistency in content
• Proactive and organized managing multiple content updates
