🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and evaluate strategic partnerships for technological growth
• Structure and negotiate complex agreements including joint ventures

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate development, PE, IB, or strategy consulting
• Proven track record leading end-to-end M&A or strategic investments
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and transaction structuring
• Experience in defense, aerospace, AI, or autonomy sectors
