π― What You'll Do
- Own gross and net revenue retention across a large customer base
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and individual contributors
- Design and execute renewal strategies across annual and monthly contracts
- Build cross-sell and upsell motions aligned with product offerings
π Requirements
- 8+ years of account management or customer success experience
- 4+ years in leadership managing teams
- Ownership of NRR and GRR in a SaaS business
