• Identify prospects and convert leads into policies
• Consult clients on insurance needs and recommend coverages
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Achieve individual sales goals and utilize CRM for tracking

📋 Requirements

• Previous sales experience or proven ability to achieve performance goals
• 1+ year in sales, customer service, or insurance
• Confidence in outbound calls and closing sales
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license
